Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...

the main one is probably the rear suspension tsb. count the number of leafs in the back. if u have 4 total, ur ok...if u only have 3, they'll install a 4 leaf pack in the rear that'll lift it 1.25" in the back. they'll also give u an alignment. it'll make the ride a lil stiffer, but its worth it for the true payload of the truck
