I have a ratling sound while driving coming from my passenger door. When I pull on the door or open it while driving the sound stops. It is just an annoying rattle that I did not expect to come from a Toyota. Has anyone had this happen? Know how to fix it?

Are you alone in the truck when it rattles? I found the passenger side seat belt was rattling against the post when it wasn't in use. I put some velcro there to stop the noise.

Yeah I'm alone, but it seems to be coming from the door latch. NOt sure, cause it stops when I pull or push on the door.

Was looking at the problem on my Taco today. Close rear doors..put both hands on bottom and push in and out...note play. I stuck a piece of plastic 3/32 in thick to the bottom of door where it strikes the rubber stopper. Now the doors are firm!!!! Test pull before and after and note the difference. Just shim until tight!!!!
