2009 Tacoma access cab 4x4

So i got a 09 Tacoma going to need a clutch prob before end of summer what should i put in it ????? Stock ? Or aftermarket? I tow nothing crazy but I do I have a heavy foot to i know how to drive it but I have a heavy foot.. any good links any good ideas
