Then if the 7.5a Sta Fuse is good, you have a wiring issue. I would simply bypass the safety switch for now until you can figure it out.

There are 2 different power wires to the Sta Realy.
Does either one have power while cranking.
Also, have you check the 7.5A STA fuse?

You could also unplug the Safety Switch.
You should have power to the Purple wire while trying to crank the truck.

    Here is what I’d do.

First make sure the Switch is Adjusted Correctly.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/transmission-range-sensor.668887/#post-23473593

    Then Proceed

    1. While the key is in crank position, see if there is power to the 7.5A STA Fuse.
If there is, move to the Safety Switch. Check the Purple wire for power while cranking.
This is the wire that connects to Pin #4 when plugged in.
If there is power to it, then check the switch.

The switch should have continuity between pins #5 and #4 with the shifter in P or N.
Power goes into pin#4 and out pin #5 through the yellow wire to the relay.

That should be the Black/Yellow wire coming from the Safety Switch.

Pins #5 and #1 should have power when cranking.
#5 is powered by the Ignition Switch. It gets power from the 30AM2 Fuse.
#1 is powered by the 7.5A STA fuse. But it HAS TO GOT THROUGH THE SAFETY SWITCH FIRST.

At this point you have a Bad Safety Switch or Bad wiring, or an improperly adjusted Safety Switch.

Thank you tacomaworld for all the leads. After the leads i received . I found the black/yellow wire coming from neutral switch to Starter relay #1 slot got broken when they removed or installed the transmission. Somehow they forgot to disconnect the harness. Thats what happened. Thanks to all that help out.
