Anyone with Ko2 265/70/17 with wheel spacers? Really want a wider stance and love the looks. But, I don't want mud, tar, and gravel hitting the side of my vehicle. Yes, I do have mud flaps. I am not sure if this will stop the spray.

I did a search and found quite a bit of info, but not what I was looking for.

I have that setup with the 1.25 SpiderTrax spacers and yes your will kick up road grit/mud on the side of your truck. The factory flaps will not stop it. I put some RockBlox flaps on to accommodate the wider stance and keep the mess off the truck

Did your Rokblokz do the trick? I've got the regular size already, and was thinking of getting some spacers.

Yes, when properly positioned/mounted to account for the tires sticking out a bit further than stock, you will be able to keep the mess off the side of your truck.
