Hey guys, I'm in the process of swapping in a dana 60. Looking to upgrade my master cylinder and delete the abs module. Does anybody have info on how to do the t100 mod or is anybody willing to make a setup for me?

    Thank you
    Sean

Bump. Does anybody know the t100 banjo bolt size and factory brake line fittings size? I'll be converting over to -3 an fittings and deleting all factory abs lines.

If by "t100 mod" you mean swapping the dual diaphragm booster and 1-1/16" MC out of a T100 into your truck, it's almost a direct bolt-on. You will need to modify the linkage to your brake pedal slightly, and possibly chop the threaded input rod into the booster so the clevis will line up with your new pedal linkage. The flared fittings should be the same as your stock lines, not sure exactly what they are.

My next project is to upgrade the brakes. Still using the factory MC and booster

My understanding is that the T100 is a direct replacement. That's what I am intending to do.

There's also a chevy conversion. Low range sells a kit that has everything you need; and chevy parts are crazy cheap. But I have heard that the T100 swap is the way to go.

My T100 MC has the fittings on the opposite side of the MC. Not exactly a bolt on...unless I have the wrong MC

Not too sure, mine hasn't showed up yet but if it is opposite it's no big deal. I will be converting everything to an fittings and lines.

Maybe it is a straight swap on the 1st gens only? Dunno, but I remember reading somewhere here (maybe it was on Supra TT's SAS build) that it was direct replacement in his truck.

Yeah it's a straight swap for 1st gens, I didn't realize that 2nd gens have the fittings on the MC towards the center of the truck.

Got the factory booster out tonight. Other than extending the rod to the pedal, looks to be pretty straight forward.

Cool, good to know then. This will be my next project.

I assume I would need to get the corresponding/equivalent T100 parts (4cyl, 6cyl, etc.)??? Originally I was going with the chevy 1ton conversion, but then learned about the T100 parts and put things on hold until I figure it out.

I don't know if the T100 "1ton" MC comes from the 4 cyl? I don't remember. But, there is a t100 MC "NON 1ton" so don't get confused. Idk if I have the part number in my build thread, but NwiTaco might, I used the same as him. He also makes adapter kits for 2nd gens to run the 1 ton T100 MC, it makes it EZPZ.

Great, thanks for the info. I will look into it; but if you happen to know the part numbers please post them here!

I might be confused about the 4cyl T100 thing. I may have heard somewhere that they had a 4cyl version that fell under the 1ton category. But that doesn't sound right...so never mind!

Got the booster mocked up today, bolt hole centers are wider on the tundra booster (for 2nd gen) ended up hogging out the firewall holes and making a new plate that welds onto the footed all assembly. Also had to machine a new rod to go from the booster to my pedal assembly.
