Pretty sure that was the result of the pads he was using. I think he mentions it in the first few pages of my thread "Thoughts on 37s"

Getting all my parts together. I'll be posting in my build thread how I hooked up the t100 master cylinder and booster to my oem pedal assembly. Between that, reduced lines from abs delete and these hawk carbon metallic pads the truck should stop on a dime.

    So here's a brakes question.

I have the early second gen with a traditional style MC and the ABS module on the passenger inner fender.

lines run from the MC across the firewall to the ABS module. The ABS module sends two lines to the front brakes and two to the rear. I assume so it can apply pressure individually. I don't need the ABS module anymore, so I took it off. I got 2 M10 Ts and connected the input to the two outputs for the front and for the rear. I also had to replace some of the lines that go from about mid frame to the rear of the truck and attach to the rear hoses. This all looks like ASS.

    So here's my question.

Can I run 1 line from the MC all the way down the frame to the back of the truck, one hose to the axle, and then T it to go to each rear caliper? OR would I lose to much fluid volume with only 1 line? OR some other thing I haven't thought of. Just seems over complicated and screwy the way I have it now.

I've never had any issues runming 1 line to the tee. I run one line from the front port to a tee that goes to left and right calipers. Same for the rear to a tee on the axle with a flex line.

The factory toyota fittings are m10x1.0 inverted flare

I'm gonna do that then. IT would be a hell of a lot cleaner.

Yep, make sure you don't use the stainless line it cracks when flared. 25' pretty much did the whole truck. Only difference between your setup and mine is I'm using -3an flex line wherever I can.
