Can I put 31x10.50's on a 10" rim? What will it do to my tire as far as looks? Is this possible?

Yes it's possible but it will look pretty dumb. I've seen it done numerous times and though it works fine, it just looks silly because the sidewall is so stretched out(don't tell any Hawaiian's I said that):

It will look like that nissan above, not good lol. Also if you ever air down, you can forget about keeping the tire on the rim.
