So I bought my 09 with aftermarket projector housings, and junk HID kits in the Fogs and Low beams. Yay.

The bulbs are H1s, with a separate High beam (halogen) that is also an H1 with no projector.

I was wondering if anyone has used 100w HIDs in a 2nd gen? The ones im finding are all A/C, which is what I want, but Idk if I should drop the money on them if they are going to hurt the housings, or cause serious issues with wiring because of the high draw.

If its an issue Ill just get the A/C 55w ones to replace the ebay junk thats in it.

    Thanks.

    All I needed to know.

The ones that are in it are DC 35w ...and they arent bright at all, one of which the bulb is a completley different color, which is a bad bulb im assuming because it flickers and is all sorts of crazy.

    Ordering the AC 55s now.

Going to replace the fogs as well.
