now i see, i think your confusing the "invoice" with the sticker price invoice is what the dealer pays the manufacturer for on paper. before holdbacks and factory to dealer incentives which on toyotas is about 2.0-2.3% of base msrp so in the end actual cost the dealer pays toyota is around 2% ish below base msrp +options
