110w/400w converter problem fixed.

    One should never assume that though there are open fuse slots they all have power. Gotta love volt meters and the tenacity not to give up. I had 4 open fuse slots and only one of them had power going to it. Now that I ran my fused wire from power to the spliced wires on my converter I have 400w all the time and can drive down the road with my skill saw running. Maybe others can learn from my dumb ass mistake.
