I just got the Vlair 88p. I have 285/75/16 tires. Works great. A few bucks more but everyone loves them . Good look with the search

Would work for me, but not the wife, she needs a plugin, city girl. And she has lived here on a farm for 40 years. :angrygirl:

More like $800 for the twin, if I came across as serious, my apologies.

Viair 400P Auto. The "automatic" is a high pressure shutoff feature. Many lessor compressors just keep pumping until you turn them off.

If you are not an offroading millionaire, you might want to look at these two options:

This is a well proven little pump for a great price. It is sold under many names. You can usually find it for around $50 if you look: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BM8RT8

For a little more money, this pump really gets the job done. I have had this in use for 7 years without a hitch, and it gets me aired up quickly. I separated the pump from the tank and mounted them separately:

You cannot get enough power from the stock outlets. Simple as that. You could always mount a compressor and run an air line somewhere accessible.

I can understand a man trying to keep his wife happy. Nothing wrong with that.
But op needs to realize that underneath the hood is arguable the most important place on a vehicle. No one should be afraid to check fluids or visually inspect components on a regular basis. Our trucks are great, but they do wear faster when driven off road.
