15" wheels on an 09 Tacoma?

    No hits in the search...sorry. I'm trying to find if there's any reason a 15" wheel can not be used on a 2009 Tacoma 4x4. I have the steel 16s, but found a local set of winter tires/wheels for a good price, but not going to spring for them before I know if they'll fit, i.e. brake/disc interference.

    They won't fit over your calipers bud :( 16's and up only I beleive

    i think 15" wheels hit the brake calipers

    they dont fit on 2nd gens...some 16s dont fit either i think

    Hmmm...i think some regular cabs come with 5 lugs which i'd assume is a 15...not sure though :confused:
