Can I run 285/75/16s & 285/70/17s at the same time without damaging my truck?

The 17" Wheel will have a longer circumference by about .4", not sure if that'll do any damage to the differentials.

    Any other issues?

    doubtful of what?

I found some 17" Mojaves for sale that I'd like to snag as spares. I currently have 16s but if Im on a road trip I dont wanna be worried about driving 300 miles with my spare, Id like the change to be seemless
