Anyone out there running 16 inch Method NVs on a 2016/17 4x4 Off road. I have had one vendor say they would fit and another say they wouldn’t because the brake calipers. They also said the 16’s on the OR were purpose built and “most” 16 inch time will not clear the calipers with out clip on weights during balancing.

    Any help will be appreciated

I have 16” NV’s on my Tacoma SR and they clear the brakes and everything else no problem. They do require stock on weights for balancing but so do all wheels. They are hidden in the backside of the rim

They will fit. Just make sure where ever you go to balance them uses thin weights to balance them. First time I took it to Costco they used thicker weights that cause them to scrape on the brake caliber. After they changed them to thin ones no more problems.

Tell them use 1/4 or .25 oz stick on weights, they are thinner than the 1/2 or .5 oz weights

Whoever told you that the 16’s won’t fit is incorrect.

What size tires are you running? Your truck looks great. Late to the party here.

The stick on weights rub on my front calipers.

Took a ball pen hammer and slightly flattened out the weight and no more issues.
