All new under the floor, factory frame swap. Bucket seat swap. Bilstein 4600 shocks and X Runner rear swaybar. 4:10 DIfferential. 225/60/17 on Sienna 5 spoke alloy wheels. After market black headlights. OE replica fog lights. OE Intermittent wipers plug and play. Leather steering wheel (OE eBay) that came with a cruise stalk, I bought the $38 OE wire to plug into the clock spring, plug and play.
Here is an picture of my 2008 Tacoma base with 17" Sienna Wheels. The wheels are 17" X 7" with 35mm offset, the tires are 225/60/17 that are 27.6 tall, the stock 15" tire is 26.9 tall.
This style of OEM wheels is also listed for the RAV4 but with 39mm offset, from what I see you will need that 4mm of offset to clear the caliper bridge on the front, the clearance looks to be right at 5mm to my eyes.

Thanks. No that's standard 15" wheel ride height. It had a frame swap truck before I bought it, the rear leafs were new but the front coils are OE in this picture.
I have since changed the front coils to MOOG 81064 (speced for earlier years of the same generation) to try and cure the "Tacoma lean" (.5 inch down on the left) but that didn't help.
