1995 Tacoma 4X4 @ 180K miles. 2.7- 4 cylinder all manual. P0148 trouble code ( Fuel Delivery Error) has came on twice. Suggestions would be great. Truck runs great, just passed SMOG with no problems.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Bad pump or fuel filter. I would change the filter and see what happens.

Did you happen to just get fuel before this code came up?

No, fuel was 1/2 first time, 3 weeks later @ 3/4 when light came on.

There is a possiblity that here might be water in the fuel. But with that many miles, it is likely the fuel filter needs replaced.
