    UPDATE: Solved, the ticking noise I had was my gaskets from the exhaust manifold and the y pipe heading into the cat, no more rough idle or hesitation or ticking noise when driving, hope this helps someone and no my manifold wasnt cracked, I enjoy driving the truck once again, she gets up to speed no problem, was getting as bad as 13mpg, juust filled up i’ll see what my mpg is now that I fixed it, thanks everyone and one advice I can give to you is dont throw parts at it just start with the easy stuff like cleaning and tuning it up if you have no cel, i let the problem get worse and worse till i could pin point it
