    You can order them from most any Toyota dealer. I posted a link on the first page of this thread with the dealer I ordered from.

    so I typed that part number in at a closer Toyota dealer to me so it ships faster and it said that part didn’t fit my truck. But the link you posted said it does fit.

    I can tell you for sure it fit my 1998 base model 5 lug 2.4L Tacoma. According to the website it seems to fit all base models of that year. Based on the picture by your user name, I'm guessing that you have an extended cab. I believe that the seat belts are different for extended cab.

    I just googled for extended cab seat belt, and found this:

    That's a different model number from the other one, and looks totally different from the one that fit mine but it may be the right one for yours. Take a look at what your seat belt mechanism looks like, and try to match it up as best you can with the pictures on the dealer website. This is also the oak color, so if you have a different color interior you might want a different color replacement.
