Why cant vendors figure out that a 2wd pump wont fit a 4wd truck. Different size pump and pulley

    Back to square one.....

Anyone have a pulley for a power steering pump that fits a 99 V6 3.4L 4WD........please let me know

Thank you for the tip, but no dice. They don't have it either. I would buy the entire assembly if I had to.

Cut some frame plates tonight. Not much time but got one done and the other rough. I will get them on this weekend. Was busy cleaning up a jerry can and trying to tie up some loose ends with the lil trim stuff.
    image-3_1ef489069608e599c9bf4ec3c71c91c5b8bf8370.jpg

I also got a rubber bed mat. I have a Rhino lining but if you ever crawled in a bed on your knees with a liner like that you know why I bought a rubber mat to go on top.....Rough as hell. +extra protection and rubber is a great insulator for those cold camping trips....Hence wetsuits being made out of it!! I will post a few pics tommorow.

I made some roll down curtains out of 1000 denier urathane coated cordura. I hate trying to sleep in when the sun is in your face. In addition I made a bunch of "saddlebags" for the sides for flashlights, tp, etc. Basically what I would need on hand while camping. This all goes with a 5 inch thick memory foam bed roll/crash pad for climbing. Its all the waterproof coated 1000 denier cordura. We usually throw the other crashpad out under the awning for the mutts. It was dark so I will try to post some pics tommorow with good light.

I am making a heavier duty truck tent as well that is the same material.

Not gonna lie I love camping and we roll all over the East coast so its nice to not have to worry about a hotel or whatever.

Vintage Jerry can I cleaned up
    3_6648eaddb8de37942233d557afb4b4d57fb326c6.jpg

Here is a lil trim piece I made for the air cleaner box
Nuthin bug just to help waterproof it and keep it a lil more protected. I have a prefilter coming for a lil extra over the K&N.
    4_45bf770c270193b1bd3c788384f263a13a70235f.jpg

And I am starting to piece together the rear bumper....Got a few things to figure out before I weld it all together. I am working on what I want it to do, so I am making a removable Jerry can rack and one for a Jerry can style water can as well.

I am running over the idea of having a little trap door on the sides of the box tubing that would hold a tow strap on one side and random ratchet straps for the roof rack on the other....just need to think on it a little more.

I also noticed a leak in the new radiator at the beginning of the week and called the vendor. They already send another and refunded the cash!!! Double free radiator. So I will put that in tommorow as well.

AND my seatbelts are back from the rebuilding tech!!! Those go in tommorow. No more riding dirty with the rear seatbelts pulled to the front but not latched!!!:D

I am always looking for material for anything that may come up. Love to rummage thru the steel dumpsters on base cause they throw all kinds of good stuff away.

Like I said I didnt pay a dime for steel on the front bumper i made. Or the material I have collected for the rear and rock sliders. I will end up buying a stick of tubing for the roof rack tho:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I will have to check out harbor freights cans tho:p. I am looking for a plastic one for the water can.

Here is a few shots of the curtains up and bed mat installed. Also the pockets for storage on the sides. These come out easy and roll up to put in a back pack or whatever
