Nice def interested you see this installed. Looks plug and play given no clearance issues. I like the idea for the return better than what I had been thinking

 

I'm not positive that it won't I guess. I could swap it with the dampener if I need to.

 

I've seen your other work, so I know you'll make it work. Just wanted to bring your attention to that.

You know me, this is all window shopping.

It's the knowledge of what one could do that intrigues me so much. I'm not a "motor head" and by that I mean someone who has the technical knowledge and training to develop and produce things like this.
I just sell sticks & bricks for HD and churn out some pretty parts made out of plastic and aluminium.
That said, as a fellow enthusiast I have the upmost admiration and respect for members of the community that do things like this that "push the envelope" of our shared platform.

Also, I've learned more about the 1GR-FE in the couple times I've been at your house than any other occasion I can think of.

If anyone wants a set I am willing to sell mine. I don't think I will ever go down the path to install these and would like to use the money to get an HP Tuner and ditch the UCON.

They have never been installed and are anodized black.

Yep. Had to swap the damper and the inlet. Otherwise, it all looks like it’s going to clear just fine.

Pressure gauge seems like it may need a re-think. Not really a necessary part. And it's a bit of a liability as well. May just end up capping that port.

 

Keep it on long enough to set the non vacuum referenced pressure on the pressure regulator, then take it off.

 

is the OEM feed line Diameter 5/16 or 3/8

The male input fitting on the OE rail is the larger 3/8 (10mm)

The male “out” off of the pressure regulator is 5/16 (8mm)

Tor is correct though. The pressure line itself is 5/16.

 

I have a set for sale.
I had someone interested in them at the beginning of February but I haven't heard from them since 2/3.
Also doesn't look like that person as logged in since Feb 21.

 

Jus wondering if anyone is still interested in getting another gb going on these rails?
