I'm so glad you decided to tell us that crucial piece of information on a 2.5 year old thread. I can now go to sleep knowing that you didn't get the relay.

I think a equivalent part number for EP35 is CF14.
CF13 is the 'B' and 'E' pins opposite.

Ok I tried the EP 35. Fixes hyperflash but now backup lights are on anytime the car is on. Wtf? Took the bulbs out for now. I know it's an old thread and I'm not a great searcher so please don't batter me on my first post lol

Update- I'm a dumbass lol. They should have been on the truck was in reverse! Duh- totally sober when I couldn't figger it out. Took 2.5 beers until it dawned on me

I've tried the ep35 and mine still hyper flash, I have just led blinkers on the front for the steel bumper and stock bulbs in the rear.

I don't think EP35 has a hyper-flashing feature. However the frequency of this flasher is faster than stock flasher but still within legal limits.
The stock flasher (at least in my truck) has circuit based on UAA1041B with resistor Ra = 90k ohm and Capacitor C1 = 4.7uF. So the normal plashing frequency is about 95 flashes per minute. With one bulb out the hyper-flashing is about 208 flashes per minute. The legal flashing limit is between 60 and 120 flashes per minute. I timed EP35 in my truck and it runs exactly 100 flashes per minute, so while it is faster than stock it is still within legal limits.

This YouTube video helped me located the grey Toyota relay behind the fuse panel. https://youtu.be/kVQgM7fOHnE?si=hhWATkI7tTVzapF3 You would need to put your head on the floorboard with a headlamp/flashlight and look up into the spaghetti of wiring to find the long/tall Toyota relay to replace. Should take less than 5 minutes to replace once you wiggle out the original relay and replace it with the LED relay. NOTE: The video mentions to run your Hazard lights after replacing the relay to 'reset' things before the LED turn signals would blink at the normal rate.
