so I have a 2002 Tacoma pre runner trd. It has a v6 that doesn't really have much get up me go, probably going to fix that later, but anyways I want a 2 inch lift kit probably, then going to get some new rims, probably alloy to make it lighter, and some 32in BFG A/T. Any good lifts that are well known and not too expensive? It's rear wheel drive. And would the little engine be able to work with those tires?

The 3.4 V6 has plenty of power especially in a prerunner. Since you don't have all that Heavy 4x4 stuff. I admit it can't tow a lot, but enough. Sounds like you might need a tune up too. Have you tried the search bar or Google yet? A lot of people choose either shocks & lift springs or a spacer lift. Like adjustable Bilstein 5100's are the norm and either your stock coils or you can buy some OME coils. They have different ones to get your desired height. It also depends on what you'll be using the truck for. Get ahold of Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road

Well I will use it for some light trial riding someday, but I only really want a 2 inch left. Which would be better, a spacer for the front coil overs or new coil overs and shocks? And definitely new leaf springs for the back

More info would be helpful, if you searched you would probably see the exact thing I'm about to say.

Coilovers for best performance and ride. Kings, icon, fox, radflow, saw

Medium range would be ome kit with the nitrochargers and springs like 881, 882, or 883. Or bilstien 5100s and the ome springs. Or 5100s with ebachi

Bottom and worst would be top plate spacers and coil spring spacers

I started with spacers & Camburg UCA's which you won't have to worry about because you don't have CV axles. Then I got the adjustable Bilsteins w/ the Eibach 3" coils. And finally I have extended travel Icons now. So make sure you do it right the first time! It will cost you a lot less. And with a Prerunner, you can get lift spindles to provide your lift. But I'm not too sure how expensive those are.

I have a 04 forerunner, I went with bilstein 5100's all the way around. Stock coils on front and stock leafs in rear. Sits level and rides so much better. Doesn't switch lanes when I hit a bump.
