    There's got to be no tension on it at all. Typically a big old hammer and a drift will get him to move but an air hammers better

    Yeah it was not tensioned. I couldn't find the air chisel but the GF had a torch in the house so lots of heat and BFH got it loose. Thanks for the tip on the drift :D

    Good thing it's common place to replace the whole CA because I have beat the fawk out of them in the removal process

    The bushings are probably beat any way. Torsion beam vehicles take a beating on busings because the bar forces the LCA inward from pressure as well as down.

    Yeah, they are in rough shape.

    Torsion bar suspension is one of those things that I wish didn't exist :silly:

    Since GM started this whole thing with the split tailgate, Ram followed suit

    @Area51Runner

    Those wheels you tagged me with, the guy replied earlier and said 3 other people have already contacted him to buy them.

    I'm not available until Wednesday so I take it they'll be gone soon enough.

    Going steel wheels instead and saying, screw the 5 star.

    I know they open sideways, but didn't know they offered them as a split tailgate?
