Ill have to get one to play with. Gotta be someway to throw 12 volts on it and see if something happens.

 

I thinks have to test for servo output as well since they had those fancy schmancy digital units. Probably needs temp sensor inputs as well

Not a big deal as long as you have another one in the pipeline if it doesn't. Used parts are always a gamble, you'd only know if it turns on anyway

 

I just tell them to return it if it doesn’t work. I test all my horns because that’s easy, but testing something like a HVAC controller is hard.

 

Nothing like the stench of cleaning out bathroom sink drains that are getting clogged up. I hate taking them apart and cleaning them but they work so much better now and don't stink any more.

Yay home ownership! Funny things is, I did the same thing at my rental place because I wasn't gunna wait for the property management to send out a half assed plumber to do it.

Aaand I broke an O2 sensor stud. Time to bust out the right angle drill and an easy out. @Empty_Lord this is my first rusty vehicle, I'm learning the ways of the trash vehicle mechanic. Only it's not that rusty, it's just got more than none, which is unusual for me

Never owned a vehicle from AZ, just WA, ID, and CA. It's just rust, not a huge deal, I'll clean it up this summer when I do suspension work.
