Actually, she'd probably make you come to her office to yell at you, lol

She's headed out to a field visit tomorrow of this equestrian events property where a guy built 60+ (that's sixty... six, zero...) RV hookup sites (no electrical or plumbing permits), a bar (no building, alcohol, occupation, etc... permits), restaurant... Only reason they found out is because he asked for a health inspection of his restaurant, and the H&S people where like WTF is this?). Guy has his 30amp RV hookups right next to the water/sewer lines, etc... Guy was trying to claim the RV spots were "incidental" to his other business, but they found a youtube video where this guy was advertising it.

Such negativity in that statement... You have no idea why I'd want 3 phase power and yet you are so sure it's wrong.

You do realize where I live?... I happen to have a barn on my property for a reason... And really, 300 amp is probably not enough anyway, not going to run much of anything that would require 3 phase off of 300 amp.

That would be fun but the DEA is no concern of mine. I'm more likely to get the attention of the DOE than the DEA with what I want to do.

Apparently he's worked in the restaurant business before and knows how much of a cluster fuck not having a health inspection can be. You'd think that experience would have taught him he needed a license to sell alcohol, or, like other health and safety related stuff.

I mean, I get it, CA has a lot of confusing regulations, but it will be interesting to see this guy try to plead ignorance.

It's one thing to not understand that you need all these various permits to operate your complicated business (horses, RV park, bar, restaurant, etc...), but it's another when you don't even do any of the work correctly, like the electrical next to the water...)

I went back and reread things, apparently I missed several post yesterday... What @koditten was saying makes MUCH more sense now.

No need to unpack the boxes of your clothes n stuff, just to put them in other boxes (dressers).
