Well, the good news, most shaft parts can be easily replaced. The bad news, you’ll probably want a shop to do it.

Yeah man those are just Suzuki Samurais. Suzuki makes good stuff. I've wheeled with one a couple times in Moab... He had swapped 80 series axles underneath it front and rear

It's less Tacoma and more mod

I've always thought it was funny that when a Suzuki upgrades to stouter equipment it's usually Toyota takeoffs. That's how you know your rig is small, when Toyota axles are an upgrade

In all fairness, you gotta admit the mini truck solid axles for front and rear are pretty stout for what a mini truck is. Most were throwing mini axle housings front and rear under their Zuks. So to throw 80 series axles under a little Suzuki sidekick, that's l stout af:cool:
Suzuki is kinda lighter duty stuff, you're right.

I really wanted to rally a Suzuki swift 1.0 L, 3 cylinder turboed, front rear disc brakes. I saw a few of em in Argentina but some with the bigger 2.0L Zuk engine. I've only seen one here in states and it was here in SLC. Anyways. Fun stuff:D

The Taco is very happy after it's tune up it seems. Nice smooth idle, starts faster now (chalk that up to decent plugs and new wires), no drips on the concrete this morning so I think she's good, I'm idling in the parking lot at work with good heat and good temp.

If the double whatever goes bad sure, if you get a whole new drift shaft for a ujoint or bearing you’re a dipshit
