Okay, so the guy I bought these light bars from has an absolutely magnificent shop and property. Out front is this beautiful house landscaped very nicely, and out back is a full shop.

I have never seen so many cop lights and police equipment in one place before. He had a whole van and warehouse full of them.

It turns out he owns a business that has been restoring California Highway Patrol vehicles for the last 30 years. I could’ve spent all day on his shop, it’s aisles and aisles of cop car equipment.

He had this absolutely beautiful 60’s Oldsmobile CHP car masterfully restored. Along with a bunch of Fox Body Mustang CHP cars.

Meeting people like this is why I enjoy this hobby, and automotive stuff in general. You get to meet amazing people who do amazing things.

That restored 60’s Olds is for sale. $32k.

Lol that CHP Fox Body on the front right was a track car. It has a full roll cage and 5-point harness. He told me every CHP officer had to train on it.

I just remove the lower ball joint bolts to do struts on the 2nd gens. Remove the 2 LBJ bolts and use a pet bar to drop the lower arm and slide the new coil over in

I've done a mod or two
I sat next to Aaron Gillespie of Underoath on a plane ride from New York once. Nice guy, he was writing new lyrics at the time for his other project, The Almost. Was pretty cool experience because I've always been into metal and hardcore and he was more than happy to answer my questions.

That sounds pretty cool. For some reason I didn't think you were into metal or I'd have tagged you too

    Do you play any instruments?

Nah, I don't have any real musical skill. I can scream pretty damn good though, practiced that a lot. I sound a lot like Danny Worsnop in that regard. I always wanted to learn drums.

This species likes to burrow especially as a juvenile, so I've provided approximately 6" of substrate so it can burrow deeper than the hide I created.

This species calls for an area that's approximately 3.5 times its legspan. I'm at 4.8 times the size of its legspan.

This species isn't the best climber, especially due to its size, and calls for a short ceiling in the event that it ever falls. Too high of a fall can lead to injury and/or death.
