See my pic of the t-belt before I pulled it.

 

Does the crank mark line up with the belt mark? And if the two cam marks on the belt line up you should be fine. Spin the crank over twice and the mark on the sprockets should line up to the line next to the t

 

At that point I’d rather have something to clean water.

 

Put the lower cover back on (the one with timing marks) put the crank on and the bolt in by hand. spin engine twice and make sure the crank is at 0 and the t cam marks line up with the straight line next to the T. the belt wont line up anymore. thats normal.

 

Fuck it, gonna take advantage of the cheap flights and book a trip to see my brother and his family in Bend, OR in May. If I'm sick or dead by then, so be it

 

The crank hasn't moved and I haven't put the damper back on yet. I'll verify once I get that back on per your instructions.

Is there a mark on the belt for the crank? I didn't see one.

 

My mom lives in Redmond, like 10 minutes from Smith's Rock.

yes a dotted line that lines up with a circle on the sproket.

make sure thats lined up before you turn it.

 

Nice, we're gonna be flying into Redmond since it's about 20 min from Bend. Beats flying into Portland and then having to drive 3+ hours to get there.

More expensive but worth it especially since flights are so cheap right now. Especially since we'll have our 3 month old daughter with us

 

as you can see this one is a tooth off.
