You know what...I haven't gotten any scam telemarking calls since this all started. Up until ~Jan/Feb it was damn near every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Hmm

looks like I'll be working half days now.

They are separating the sick visits to the afternoons and the hospital doesn't want me in coming into any of the sick patient's rooms; only the doc. We'll see how this progresses

yeah I think that's where we're likely headed or similar. I would like to still retain the ability to get out in nature if I choose to go on a hike or wheel a trail, but I understand they can't make it a case by case basis per person.

    Yeah brother, thanks for asking.

Was a bit nerve wrecking going all over town to get stuff for my FIL, not to mention filling up the 6 5-gallon jugs of water for him.

I'm glad his food is replenished; the SO decided to come over and chill for awhile and brought our dog with her.

She's knocked out as well as Luna since we've been up since 6am hitting a ton of stores.

That happens out here too. That sucks though, on top of the virus panic now people are hoarding other resources they normally wouldn't think to.

I need to fill up today and was going to fill up my jerry cans too, just to have. Being in CA we're always under threat of an earthquake lol.

They think the refineries are down I guess, they aren’t. I’m currently full, so that’s good.

what would the purpose be of getting more gas if we are confined to home? Just curious, not trynna be an ass.

I've been considering buying a couple cans and filling but haven't seen that "immediate need" yet

Eh, if you don’t live on the edge of a very populated area I’d buy some good shoes.

Roads would be nearly impossible to navigate if something happened. In my opinion anyway

man, we get baby wipes for my daughter that have no chemicals in them, just water basically...called Water Wipes. Figured they were exempt from the panic buying because they don't have anti-bacterial properties, but nope. People are now buying up baby wipes with just fucking water in them now too, wtf lol.

Had to order a bunch more before these idiots take these off the shelves indefinitely as well as everything else

I appreciate you guys getting makeup wipes though, at least it's not going to hurt anyone that much if they can't get makeup wipes for their makeup. People stockpiling baby wipes though are making it difficult for the parents that need them

At the end of the day though it's not as important as say, diapers or baby food. But still

yeah the water baby wipes are expensive too for something that's basically...well...a wet napkin lol. But it's all my wife wants us to use, so I can't argue
