    Yeah guy says it fits a Tacoma, just curious about an OME coil on a bilstein shock

    I remember when I was shopping for my Tacoma back in 02... wanted that 4Runner hood on the Tacoma so much. Sure, fake hood scoop but I really liked it. Kept thinking it would be an easy hood swap. Yeah, so naive then. Good money to whoever can work me up a 4Runner scoop on an 02 hood in 040 paint.

    FWIW, read a bunch here about how the OME coils are happiest with OME shocks. Not saying 5100s wouldn't be a good choice - just what I've read here on TW and heard from the Wheeler's people.

    Yeah I'm on stock coils with 176k on them at the highest setting on the 5100's right now though so I'm sure it would still be an improvement. For super cheap too

    Reserected from the dead.
    The CS cartrage comes tap
    The clock spring comes taped In the neutral position. As long as your steering wheel is allignened with you front wheels facing straight, the clock spring can be installed.

    Save trouble and lock your steering wheel straight forward. There will be no chance to over extend the CS either direction.

    CV going bad could be a possible issue. Can you feel it in the floor as it clunks?

    I’d try the outer tie rod. I mean the rack came with new inner right?
