I'm just bored AF. Kid wants to only watch Monsters Inc, wife is busy watching Outlander. Steam is slower than hell, nothing I want to watch on Netflix, built enough LEGO space ships the last few days to last a lifetime... boredom is setting in.

 

Got out the Roundup sprayer and started spraying weeds. Grass and weeds have returned. Will be raining again tomorrow.

I was planning another trip down to Baja with a friend to rescue a couple more dogs but now that looks like it's not going to happen what with the Mexicans closing their border to us disease-ridden 'Mericans

 

Yup. The rear bypass manifold had a leak when i got everything back together last weekend, so the intake came back off and I replaced the starter since I was back in there.

I swear, this fucking truck hates me. I'm on hold again now until I get another injector. I just found this on the rear passenger side. Happened when I was taking the intake back off last weekend. Fucking annoyed as hell right now.



The plug part was still in the harness side. Keith at Dirty Deeds is trying to locate me another one now.

 

Fixing the collision damage on this pile.

Bottle jack ain’t working out. Probably going to take it to a frame shop.

Also I’m playing with my lightbars. I replaced the DC motor on far left inner rotator because it was seized.

Done as in I have most of the components. I lost interest as work picked up last year.

For those of y'all running adjustable ball joints do you just eye ball the position at install til you can align it? In the "camber neutral"position listed on the sheet that came with them my camber is fucked enough that I wouldn't want to drive it to the alignment shop like that

The instructions didn't come with a "default" either. They are SPC/Napa adjustable ball joints on a 2500HD Silverado

 

Digital or analog angle gauge helps, or even a ruler and a plumb bob

I think I’m breaking this car more than fixing it. Now it needs a new pneumatic central lock system pump.

I swapped the lock actuator hoses with the trunk actuator hose and that’s how I got the trunk to work again.

 

They are in position C so I'm wondering if I fucked up something else. Aftermarket CA on upside down?

 

Maybe, that looks weird (the angle). Could be just the camera or could be I know nothing about Chevys...
