People in my neighborhood are starting to go nuts, we've had at least 3 couples fight while storming down the street this week. Two were women walking off on their husbands/boyfriends and one was a guy pleading with his wife to believe that he didn't cheat on her.

We live in a nice neighborhood too, but this shelter in place is starting to get to some people lol. Another month or two of this will be interesting.

Meanwhile, the couples whose relationships are void of any passion are complacently watching episode after episode of tiger king because there's nothing important enough to fight about

Yeah, they're thinking WA is gonna peak for cases around April 20th or so. But the country itself is expected to peak in Mid July

Lol oh boy i dont blame them. Legit makes u go bonkers sitting inside with nothing to do. Add more time spent in the same room with ur fam/s.o and it just makes the tension worse

My gf already having ur fair share of anxiety/depression runs sadly. She had it before this all and with me losing hours, and the overall worries in the US; its just gotten worse and I'm being there for her as i can. Arguments happened but im just sitting quiet bc i know it wont help shit haha

This whole thing is a neat social experiment still. You cant stop a virus, can't really even make it go away entirely. We're just buying time to build up acquired immunity until it's safe enough for those who have no chance of beating it to come back out of hiding. And we're doing so without completely shattering our already incredibly broken healthcare system.

A lot of people I work with are angry about how it affects their daily lives, they don't get it and they won't. They're small minded and careless people. But I'm kind of amazed at how well this method works even with some people not following the orders

Yea it's hard especially with all the uncertainty surrounding life right now... When will this end, will I get sick, will I or someone I know get really sick, will I have a job after this is over, etc. Coupled with the fact that especially out here, sooo many people live paycheck to paycheck and unemployment isn't going to meet even their basic needs (rent/bills food). A $1200 relief check is a drop in the bucket basically.

Almost lost his dumbass on our last camping trip bc he decided to stroll off when i didn't have him tied to the awning.

10 min later looking I was walking around legit making meow sounds to get his ass back, and I hear leaves rustling in a brush 30 yards from our camp and he pops out to me.

Almost lost one of our pride lol

I can't imagine bringing our cats camping... Would be like tying a side of raw beef to the tent, free snack for any bears or coyotes in the area

We bring the kennels and keep them inside the tent with us overnight (dog and cat). Believe it or not the cat is better behaved than the dog and he causes less hiccups. Im thankful his ass ran away during the day, bc i did hear and see an owl the night before. (All occured while breaking down camp in the morning and leaving)
