You think my search is weak? :luvya:

I remember someone awhile back posting about a kid in Texas, tending to his flooded truck (lights still on).

You came in to say it was you, and you had completely torn apart your truck afterward.

If I recall, you had trouble removing the headliner...something about adhesive.

    You gutted the interior.

And of course you had a ton of people talking shit about leaving the truck on (or at least the accessories) while you were tending to your truck with the hood open.

    Am I wrong?

I remember that thread. Kept me entertained for a while. People didn't even believe @Running Board Man had actually taken the entire truck apart.

Yeah... the keys were in my pocket the water turned on my accessories

Good memory the headliner was a pita but it was the nicer vinyl liner not the crappy newer monotone one i had to do stuff to unscrew the screws on top of the headliner without poking through it

Than my mom bunched up and threw away the springs that i had laid out in order in my room so figuring out how they went was a pita as well

She also threw away one brand new kenwood speaker i was planning on throwing into the t4r

Needless to say if its not the junk she thinks is worth something or hers she throws it away

Photographic memory though it doesn't always work; traumatic brain injury does that to you.

Didn't know the water caused the accessories to come on, damn.

You didn't get insurance to pay you out for that loss?

Lol I remember reading and laughing about it without having joined the forum even.

I still owned my Frontier; just wanted a more reliable truck I can put through it's paces.

Because full coverage isn't much more than liability only.

Plus, with a good insurance company, you can get mods to fall under comprehensive and get paid out for it as well.
