    If its like the alt bracket its just the sleeve thats pressed in thats interfering, not the actual castings... but if its the castings than... refer to my previous post

    I don't know about a ting sound, but they'll sometimes make a clicking noise if you're making a slow sharp turn in 4wd even on dirt, esp if it's a higher traction surface like rock

    3 ton jack stands are good for our rigs right? even built out i cant see them reaching close to 6000 lbs. and i understand that the rating is for the pair of stands.

    Really simple. Don’t forget to torque it in a Criss-cross pattern so it seals evenly.

    I use the 6 ton jackstands because the 3 tons are nowhere near able to reach the frame. I usually use the 3 tons to hold the rear axle.
