I wouldve cut it a bit farther up at that little straight section. So you can clamp it back on to pass smog.

Man, Cali has some silly rules. Taking a foot off the tailpipe isn't going to make an appreciable difference.

 

I can feel a change in the ozone layer because of Tylers tailpipe. I live clear across the country from him too. Im calling the EPA, FBI, SWAT, ICE and some more alphabet soup agencies on him. Ill trust that the governemnt will resolve this issue.

The one thing I don't miss about CA was the smog check. It's pretty much designed to fuck working folks over vs. saving the environment.
