I still like to drive it around town and when I go to Moab I need to drive it to/from town to the trails

 

3 link will be fine for that, well setup ones have okay road manners, most are regarded as having awful highway manners and being tough to rein in.

 

It's obviously gotta go in the flatbed.

No use for that. I can get a gte for like 1500 if i wanted a 2jz

 

From where, if that's true you could have a job buying those and turning them out for 2700+ cause that's the bare min for a GTE

 

I mean current setup is only good up to 55mph or so -- but my wheel tire setup is less than ideal

 

Leaves can be almost as flexy, but probably not off the shelf. Any of the setups require a lot of fine tuning to perfection

 

I guess what I'm saying is that it's not so difficult in any one aspect -- the cutting and welding is the easy part and it's just tedious adjustments to:

suspension geometry
steering geometry
brake lines
master cylinder
driveshaft
steering box
column to steering box
steering links
spring rates
shock valving

 

The shock mount looked better before I panicked and spewed FF all over it.
Don't think that small area got the hammer test but it did get Corroseal and paint. Now I've gotta clean off the FF and hope for a good weld

 

bring it on over and I'll weld it up for a sixxer
