Had the Duramax aligned. I ended up setting the camber right on but she told me to check my eyeballs. Toe was 2-4 deg off each side

So, there were 2 issues... One, Alcan sent me the wrong size U bolts, they were too wide. I sent them the specs for the OME ones off their website so they should have been identical to my old ones, which was weird. So I had to reuse my old u-bolts. No big deal I'll just order new ones and replace them soon.

Second issue is it looks like the Alcans moved my axle back pretty far just like they did to Dan's truck in his build thread (turbodb).

It looks like I'm going to rub the back of the fender when I stuff them, or at least be super close to it. Gonna have to ask Alcan about that or possibly get relocation plates.

The good news though, these springs ride WAYY better than the Expos, are dead silent, and on the freeway ride home I had zero driveline vibes so I think the shims worked out great

Also they don't sag at all with all my tools in the back like the Expos did

Only thing I'm concerned about is that rear fender rub but I'll have to take it out and see if it does or not

Well atleast none of those issues are something you weren’t warned about.
I’d just ask them to make another top leaf like they did for dan.

hmm and that brought the axle forward?

I mean the wrong size u-bolts wasn't expected lol, but luckily my old ones still fit fine even with the shims on there.

Just the very end where the bumper bolts up. I can’t remember exactly what it looks like, do the bumper mount leg things go on the inside or outside of the frame?
