1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

Both my kids are introverts. I guess I'm introvert lite, but it's actually hard to get my kids to go outside. And my dog suffers from separation anxiety (more like our neighbors suffer from it, lol), so for them, this SIP has been heaven for them (sort of).

I've been keeping busy with working remotely and I threw a bathroom remodel in there as well because I like pain and spending money.

 

I’m introvert as hell also, but I hate being stuck home. I could/ do spend days on mountain alone or with my stupid dogs

Oh I do, I haven’t been stuck inside at all, I was talking about those that can’t leave the house

 

They *were*, then I went to mount them, I realized I fucked them up with heat and they warped a bit. Enough that the front bumper mounts didn't line up. Had to cut off the front section and reweld. FML.

Yeah, I gotcha.

Don't know if you do board games or whatever, but we've done a few game sessions over Zoom. With dice games, you can set up a phone on a can of beans or something so the other house can see the dice rolls. Then a laptop in the corner to see everyone.

It's not the best, but it's something.

 

we'll see. 2nd (or is it 3rd??) time's the charm I guess.

Finally gonna take the tent off the cruiser. Ordered some new bed bars for the Taco and some steel to modify them to suit my purposes. Also got new Marlin bushings for the t-case, trans, and trans nib

 

Welp the lug nuts don't match the ones for the spacer and are smaller hex 19mm vs 13/16 but I suppose 2 wrong ones are better than rolling without em at all

 

I'm ashamed of myself and @Kwikvette knows why.
