    I'd only know to look at the normal applicable to all engines type of stuff, or Toyota quirky stuff. I don't know any of the Honda quirky stuff like that

    I believe it should be between 650-750rpm. If you like it buy it. Honda’s are great. My family has always had a Honda around and easy and cheap to work on. Manual for the win

    Well one thing I’ve always done is before I buy something I look at repair costs. I do know with JDM stuff it may be a little more difficult to acquire and cost a little more. According to google the idle with that engine seems to be common and not sure about the joints but I can help research if I have enough info on the car and swap

    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    Took the IS for a shakedown, seems good. Might still need more coolant, but it's hard to tell, pretty sure the rad cap is a leaker tho. The trans seems happy with 4 fresh quarts of Type-IV ATF
