Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
The dash is the same at least... that’s about it.

even the electronics are way different. Access and reg are integration relay based body control like 1st gen tacos, double cabs are body control
    Computer systems

DO NOT PUT ANY KIND OF ENGINE FLUSH OR SOLVENT IN THE CRANK CASE

SEAFOAM, DIESEL FUEL, ATF, whatever. That sludge is gonna clog the pickup and you're gonna have a lack of oil related failure

Yeah, if it's that bad, best bet is to drop the pan and clean it out that way. Then do the flush and maybe repeat the pan drop if it's still bad after that so you can inspect and clean the pick-up.

Also pull the valve cover(s) and remove all the sludge you can from up there mechanically

Common issue on those Camrys when oil changes weren't done on time. Good reason to use synthetics, lot less risk for sludging, though staying on top of the oil changes should also help avoid sludging
Take off valve cover and oil pan and manually remove what you can of the sludge? Then cheap synthetic oil and maybe a half quart of ATF in the oil for the detergents to try and break down the sludge? Maybe? I dunno man
Maybe there is an additive already for breaking down sludge?

What engine is this? I remember the Lexus RX v6 models having sludge issues too.
