Wheres the best place to get an OEM carrier bearing?

I may also go with Spicer as I hear they make the OEM one on 2nd gens. Its only $70. Spicer makes good stuff I hear and Im gonna get their U-Joints but should I get their bearing?

    Hint:

Check the price for Tundra as well. The same carrier bearring has been used since 1984. Cross reference the part number. Find out what Toyota truck has the cheapest cost for that part.

FWIW, I have a Napa version in my second Gen Tundra.

I ran the same Napa CB in my previous 1st Gen Tacoma. It was fine for 250,000 miles.

I'll probably get the spicer one. I figure they make the OEM one for the 2nd gens so it cant be that bad a part and their owned by Dana so almost every truck out there has a Spicer bearing in it somewhere. In not too impressed with OEM as I only got 60k out of mine. Gonna do the 2 u joints on the shaft since it will be out. I'll get Spicer for them too.

So huh, when I put the new truck in gear, drive or reverse, it kinda makes a knocking noise, but not while in park.

Off my very vague description anyone wanna guess?

Is that rod knock or wut?
Just barely noticed it tonight, haven’t had much time to investigate but will try tomorrow as I have no friends in the new place, woot for free time.

Rod knock would be all the time. It only happens while moving?

Maybe check atf levels and color.
Possibly tourqe converter? Don’t think there is really anything the transmission to make a knocking sound
    Hopefully nothing in the engine
