I found places on the 99 the bed has rusted through under the bed liner haha. I can’t imagine places like that stay closed much longer. Fairly easy is stay safe I’d think.

 

The welds on the Lexus' new muffler make me very happy

Perdóname mucho noob here regarding the performance world, what's that box that looks like a an outlet on that muffler? Or cat?

You've never seen an elocked muffler?! Nah I'm just playing, but that is an electric motor. This muffler has a built in cutout, so you can be silent or straight piped at the flick of a switch. I bumped the butterfly open a touch with a battery to show.



Normal people run it all open or closed, but I suppose you can run it partial too, it'll vary the volume like that. Anywho like this it provides an easy way to see the silent output (the one coming from the wall) and the loud one that goes straight through when the butterfly is open.

 

No kidding. Yeah I see it now. And we'd always joked about something like that years ago. How long have they been around? Any idea?

 

I plan on running one in the taco and maybe 2 in the tundra.

 

Gonna run dual fart can style mufflers they really only have one model that works for normal vehicles
