I had to take our 14 yo Snapper riding mower to the shop for some work. It needs a good work over. It gets a lot of use. I bought it for $700 many years ago from an old man who thought he was going to do his own yard work and decided it was too much work. It was like new when I got it.

Now days that model sells for around $2,200. I want to keep this one around. Its basically been trouble free. Anyway, I don't like working on lawnmowers.

Tacoma engine swap -- no problem. Lawnmower repair -- oh hell no. LOL

Did that to the 4runner a few weeks back after finishing the timing belt and intake swap. Used the one you spray in thru the intake cause there was so much gunk built up in there. Was hoping it would clean some of that shit out. Drove it after sitting for a bit and made massive smoke clouds. Fun shit killing the environment like that.

Yeah, they have a version that you can spray in thru the intake boot around the TB. Takes forever to empty the can that way but it seems to work OK. Figured that would be a better way to try and clean the inside of the intake. Might do it again with a regular bottle since I have a couple spare vacuum ports on the front of the manifold I can use.

you pick up that Trail Gear PS pump?

Curious how it works out, didn't know they made PS pumps for our trucks. Or just rebranded an aftermarket one I guess but still curious if it works better than the parts store ones

Went and saw the truck for myself. It's in decent shape but what a PROJECT. A lot of little things will add up quick. I confirmed it turns over. The bed was worse than I was told (and the pictures showed). Cab had no holes or rot. Interior is really pretty nice. I passed. But convinced him not to relist it for cheap and let it get taken to Mexico. But I've also seen a Trekker (with a title) and basically perfect body in comparison. And I really hate myself for not buying that. I won't be kicking myself for passing on this one.
