I’ve had this long standing joke with my friend about what they’d call the transit system in a new Grand Theft Auto game if they came back to San Fiero (San Francisco).

Do it properly, set up an eviction notice. The next door property is a long term stay house. I was talking to the landlord and he told me he got the Sheriff to come out to aid in the eviction of one of the tenants. He left peacefully, the sheriff was just an added bonus.
