Im interest to see how they weld that hole shut, and how deep the threads would be after
I could see them using a torch or something similar to heat it up and melt filler into the hole

Well the machine shop I use did it already on the EGR stud when I got it, they just hit it with a TIG welder.

I tried pulling the bulb out for the 12 volt outlet on my camry

    20200602_234705.jpg

Just letting yall know those bulbs are soldered in

Broke the bulb, de pinned, melted the solder holding the reminants off, im thinking about just soldering an led but dont know if they would be dimmable

Or 15 bucks for a new thingy on toyota parts deal

    Good luck with that haha.

My local two Home Depot put other products where the masks and respirators used to go, makes me think they’re going to be out of stock for a long long time.

Try Industrial supply shops. My local automotive paint and body supply shop was fully stocked of N95 masks and respirators and gloves. No one thinks to go to an auto body supply to buy masks and gloves.

Try calling Grainger or AirGas. Or even construction/plumbing supply. The HVAC supply Miguel sent me to get a refrigerant tank I think had PPE in stock.
