So if you did it again with the focus, what would you change about it. Did you mod it heavy? I’m just over working on this fucking Jeep all the time lol. Just put a pinion bearing in it since it was toast lol

Saw a similar story about a girl out here that lost an eye getting hit with a rubber bullet.

I never really gave much thought to what a rubber bullet looked like, but they look like fucking bump stops lol. Would suck hard getting tagged by one of these

So all the mods off the top of my head were -

*CPE intercooler, factory was shorter and crazy thin and susceptible to massive heat soak after 1 run

*New hotside pipes, factory one was smaller and rubber

    *Tial blow off

    *AEM wideband, necessary for tuning

*SCT and dedicated laptop for tuning, a lot of people swear by Cobb as well but I never used it

*GTX2867R turbo, self-explanatory but the biggest thing I noticed vs the stock turbo is that the stock setup makes the car a tad bit "unpredictable"

*Short shift kit with solid bushings, which removed all slop and gave a much more mechanical feel

*Solid motor mount, did at the same time as my short shift which reduced engine movement during shifts, factory mount sucks

*Devils own met kit with manifold spacer, because E85 was only available 40mins away so I ran meth with my 91 octane all the time

    Mods I would've done but didn't -

*the down pipe is restrictive as hell, so aftermarket dp

*catback, not for the noise of course but to get rid of that backpressure

Just on 91, intercooler, and tune I was just shy of 300 wheel horse. It wasn't until I was at E85 that I broke the 300's, but once I was on meth, I stayed above even with 91 gas

It's been some years since I had that car; actually had to find some of my details posted in various threads on Focus ST forum (same username)

What's funny is, I want an XJ but at the same time I don't :anonymous:

My salesman at work keeps talking about getting one and keeps asking for my opinion on countless shit every day...

Or when a "friend" comes in close range at the paintball arena and lights you up point blank

As a hockey goalie I figure it's probably like standing in front of the goal trying to block an NHL caliber shot with no padding on. Pucks are basically just vulcanized frozen rubber. No fucking thank you lol. Hurts enough as it is sometimes with pads on

Yeah if you find one just make sure it wasn’t beat to fuck like mine. I had plans on fully restoring it but now that’s a lost caused cause I’m waiting on my wife to pop a child out here within 5 days. Need something like that focus that I can tweak just a wee but be a fun and reliable daily. Don’t wanna go too over the top.

We used to have an indoor airsoft arena in my city. It hurt like hell to get lit up, then hurt like hell again once all the BB's ricocheting off the plywood walls hit you. And no one played by the 15 foot closest distance to shoot rule.

    Ooooh shit, congrats bro

Yeah I had purchased the Focus because you can fit a ton of shit in it, its economical, and fun as hell being stickshift and boosted.

There are very few XJ's left completely stock, from old people around here but they're still asking $7-8k for them :jerkoff:

There's one that's going to show up today and the seller is asking for $1,500; I know this because my salesman found it on Facebook marketplace and the girl coincidentally showed up yesterday to buy a transfer case seal. I saw it from 50 feet away but you can tell it's definitely a teenagers wet dream of a monstrosity.

Fucked up steel wheels on cheap mud terrains, spray painted all throughout, cheap but loud exhaust, torn interior, leaks, and past due registration ($750 or so).

yeah I did airsoft for the first/only time about a year ago for a friend's birthday. We ended up playing a game with other random people, most of which were "pro's" (the ones that come in looking like they spend every weekend at the army surplus) with their customized airsoft weapons. And here we are in our rental shit and weak ass airsoft guns lol. I got lit up like a xmas tree and that shit does sting at close range.

Some kid fucker there stole my Benchmade pocket knife too, still pissed about that
