    You're learning one of the keys to happiness in life at a good young age my man.:D
    At all costs, AVOID THE HOA when it's time to look for your own place. HOA is all about those 'important' and 'educated' people who know best for you and your family and your community. You don't know best, THEY DO. An HOA is simply a control/power grab to force others to live and keep their homes /lives in line with HOA board..... If you can't tell, I COULDN'T stand mine. It was cheap too. Not about the cost, it's about the power and control to make and enforce rules on another.:rolleyes:
    Never again man.:rofl::D
    People can't help but get off on power and control they acquire. It's pretty evil actually man

    Happiness to me would be having a place like this on 3 or 4 acres of slightly rural property. Still have utilities, but be part of a little community like Pineville MO.

    Live on one side and work on my hobbies in the garage. I may do this someday.

    Yes! I want in!!! :D:cool:

    Would be a dream setup. Property is so ridiculous expensive where im currently at. I thought the housing bubble was gonna burst by now but it hasn't, so still renting...
    Believe it or not, I was searching for properties in Missouri a couple/few weeks ago! That's too funny. You can nice beautiful property for very fair prices in the places I was seeing. Can't remember the names of the towns off hand

    I hear the little towns in that area are damn near paying people (like very low taxes) to move in so they can establish utility improvement districts.

    It's 40 minutes away from the urban sprawling part of NWA to have access to good stores and lots of job opportunities. But far enough away to not be crowded.

    I heard turning shipping containers make good/cheap homes. You can just build yourself a little inlaw home on the property next to the shop while they take the house

    Prairie Creek is where I camped last summer. Pretty nice area. The Daisy BB Gun museum is a pretty neat place in Rogers, better than the nearby Walmart Museum.
