I had money allotted for the alignment already. Knew I'd need one, so I had a budget for it.

It is what it is... sell a few more horns, put some of that cash towards an alignment instead of LEDs which will land him in...

How much is Firestone lifetime and then factor in any issues and having to return... I gave this shop a chance after a few of the more long time bay area TW folks suggested it, so glad I did.

I'm in a position now where I can afford to pay a little more for quality work. I know it can be tough - I was once where you are now. If you do use Custom Alignment, you'll be happy with the results and if you have any issues/concerns, you talk to Joe (owner) - he is a cool dude to talk to and will treat your interceptor like it was his own. Be sure to browse the Porsche shop next door. Check out their wall collection.

    Will do!

After seeing how Firestone treated @Jamesboy2233 's truck, I'm never setting foot in one.

Ive had no issues with the firestone in El Cerrito, and they aligned my truck after lifting it

Just as I'll never set foot in a Toyota service department again. Piercey Toyota burned me on that alignment - they lost my business, never again.

Same, no problem for me and I even told them I had just lifted it and that's why it neeeded to be aligned

Did you pursue further action? I would be raising absolute hell right now if I were you. I'd be calling corporate, shaming them on social media, even going as far to take them to small claims court for damages.

Hold them accountable for their actions. Don't sit there and let them take advantage of you.

This. If something was actually their fault make them pay for it. It shouldn't be that hard with a huge corporate company anyhow, their reputation means way more to them then paying to fix your truck

I haven't done it unless you want to see the rust spots there about size of a quarter. Why does rust have to exist

It doesn't - at least not out west :headbang:

Seriously sucks though. Good that you deal with it now before it spreads.
