    I bought Icon's

They'll require more maintenence being a uniball but I say fuck it.

Supposedly they articulate better than standard ball joints?

I bet with an RF modulator and a raspberry pi you could have it playing Mario in no time.

I'm waiting for the GPS antenna to come in, hoping I don't need the computer to get it to work.

My CD changer isn't being recognized either. :/

Lol, that's where I got mine too way back when for the 80s. It's kind of a hokey way to do it, especially of you have experience setting up standard wheel bearings before. I had never done serviceable bearings before. So the fish scale gave me a good idea of the preload, and now it becomes pretty natural by feel, but I still double check with the scale, usually end up close to spec, maybe a touch snug if brand new bearings. etc
If you run into issues with the scale method, one guy on ih8mud found 12 lbs, I think it was, maybe 10 or 15, but somewhere around there for the last torque spec after setting the preload 50 lbs or whatever it was, got you pretty darn close to where you want to be.
And that's how I did my 100 series'last time. And it felt good to set them 'by feel' old timers I learned from woulda been prouda me:D:rofl:

Yeah I think there's a short somewhere. When I press the driver's seat adjustment memory button, it moves the mirror down.

Is that those delta joints ball joints? We installed those a few weeks back on a buddy's second gen. I was hella impressed with the quality of the joint at least initially, the whole arms. Very nice product.

That's right. 12lbs is it. Though I've set these by feel back in the old days. I think the F150 might have been the last one with disc brakes and bearings that I did by feel. Most were back in the old days of drum brakes.:thumbsup:
